As of April 6, 2022, the Commission des normes, de l’\u00e9quit\u00e9, de la sant\u00e9 et de la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 du travail (CNESST) will require all employers to implement at least an “interim plan of prevention and participation mechanisms”.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n
