Rioux | HR Consultants was born in 2018 from the ambition of Catherine Rioux, CHRP, PPCC, to offer her clients an authentic and professional HR consulting service as a single team. Her vision and infectious passion now drive the entire team.

Catherine Rioux, CRHA, PPCC

PRESIDENT RIOUX | HR CONSULTANTS Human Resources Consultant

Catherine Rioux, CHRP, PPCC, has been President of Rioux | HR Consultants since 2018. She holds a degree in Management Sciences and Human Resources from HEC Montréal, as well as a Personal and Professional Certified Coach certification from Concordia University.

Determined to support companies in their development, she puts her heart and soul into strengthening their HR structure and implementing processes that improve efficiency and profitability.

With her natural leadership skills, unwavering determination and infectious good humor, Catherine devotes all of her energy to the success of the organizations she supports, placing people at the center of her interventions.

Nancy Creo

HUMAN RESOURCES CONSULTANT

Human Resources Generalist with nearly 20 years of experience in fast-paced and ever-evolving environments, Nancy is fully committed to supporting businesses in their development.

As a specialist in coaching, recruitment, talent management (including skills development), and labor relations, Nancy implements processes to strengthen HR structures and enhance the efficiency and profitability of organizations.

Nancy is recognized for her ability to quickly establish a culture of trust with her collaborators, as well as her ease in analyzing issues and proposing tailored solutions.

Julie Martin Bigras, M.Sc.

HUMAN RESOURCES CONSULTANT

Julie Martin-Bigras has extensive consulting experience as well as 10 years of teaching experience in the Organization and Human Resources Department at UQAM’s École des sciences de la gestion.

Working with different generations of employees and students allows her to keep abreast of emerging issues and to find new ways to meet these challenges.

Julie works closely on a variety of projects, many of which involve supporting the recruitment process.

Léonie Paquette, CRHA

HUMAN RESOURCES CONSULTANT

With extensive consulting experience in the engineering sector, Léonie Paquette specializes in the application of HR best practices.

She holds a Diplôme d’études supérieures spécialisées en développement organizationnel from the École des Hautes études commerciales.

Léonie applies her expertise to the development of companies and organizations. She works with passion and determination to help clients with their various HR challenges.

Julie Boutilly

HUMAN RESOURCES COORDINATOR

With a wealth of international experience, Julie Boutilly earned her law degree from the Université de Paris Nanterre before gaining nearly 5 years of professional experience in leisure sales and real estate development in France and Quebec.

Versatile, multi-tasking and not afraid to take on big challenges, Julie is an invaluable asset to the companies that Rioux HR Consultants supports on a daily basis.

Among her many strengths and qualities are courage and perseverance. Julie is determined and willing to do whatever it takes to help business owners and their employees succeed.

Rafaelle Beaulieu

COMMUNICATIONS CONSULTANT

With a diverse background in communications and marketing, Rafaelle holds a bachelor’s degree in communications from UQAM and training in social media management from MOB.

Rafaelle supports the team with translations, copywriting, events and more.
